Our mission is to deliver engineered roof systems that improve building performance through durability, thermal efficiency, and moisture control - without compromising compliance or constructability.

In conjunction with our approved roofing partners we aim to deliver complete, tested roofing systems — not just components. Every system is designed per project: structural, thermal and acoustic performance are assessed, and project-specific hygrothermal analysis confirms the specified assembly will manage condensation risk, mould growth and corrosion.

We support architects and builders with technical expertise from concept through to construction, ensuring long-term durability in demanding Australian conditions.

Insulated metal roof assembly with PIR or Stonewool insulation providing thermal, acoustic and structural performance to meet the precise requirements of your project.

Ultratherm Xtreme

Exploded diagram of the Ultratherm Xtreme membrane high-performance roof system

Insulated membrane roof assembly with PIR or Stonewool insulation providing thermal, acoustic and structural performance to meet the precise requirements of your project.

FiberthermX Recover

Exploded diagram of the FiberthermX Recover system installed over an existing metal roof

The FiberthermX Recover System refreshes existing metal roofing iron by utilising the Post & Rail System with Glasswool insulation.

Note: RoofLogic Australia does not supply the liner deck or external roof sheeting in Australia. These profiles are to be selected and supplied by the roofing contractor or project team and are subject to RoofLogic review for compatibility with our roof systems.

Ultratherm MSR Recover

The Ultratherm MSR Recover System establishes a high-performance roof system solution by constructing it over existing metal roofing iron.

Ultratherm Xtreme Recover

The Ultratherm Xtreme Recover System enhances weathertightness and extends durability by applying a membrane system over existing substrates.

Why high-performance roof systems

High-performance roof system vs
traditional cold roof

Insulation above the LinerDeck, a vapour control layer at the correct point in the build-up, and a continuous thermal barrier — the difference shows up in energy use, condensation risk and lifecycle cost.

RecommendedRoofLogic roof system

Energy efficiency

Prevents heat loss through the roof: lower heating costs in winter, lower cooling costs in summer, reduced energy consumption overall.

Condensation controlled

Insulation above the LinerDeck keeps the structure warm, and a vapour control layer at the correct point ensures internal warm moist air never reaches its dew point.

Continuous thermal barrier

External insulation creates a continuous barrier, minimising thermal bridging and holding a more consistent internal temperature.

Lifecycle cost

At end of life the TopDeck can be removed and replaced without disrupting the rest of the system — the building stays occupied, with no tenting or evacuation.

Programme

Early close-in: the LinerDeck goes down first and protects the interior, with programme and health-and-safety benefits. Once it is down, the entire roof is trafficable.

Traditional cold roof

Heat loss through the roof

Discontinuous, poorly performing insulation layers leave a direct path for heat to flow through the assembly.

Vapour drive uncontrolled

Moisture-laden internal air passes through the roof/ceiling assembly, especially through porous materials like ceiling tiles.

Dew point inside the build-up

Moisture accumulates within wraps and insulation over time: reduced thermal performance, mould growth and corrosion risk.

Exacerbated thermal bridging

Structure penetrates the insulation line, bypassing it entirely and driving temperature fluctuation.

Disruptive replacement

Re-roofing typically means tenting, disposal of old materials and relocation of occupants.

How we work

The path to system performance

From concept to construction, Roof Logic provides engineered system guidance, technical documentation, and project-specific support to ensure long-term roof performance.
